Develop Mechanical & Multidisciplinary modules from the initial concept to release as a part of the R&D department, with reference to medical device standards.
Create system and modules design specifications and requirements, translating user needs to technical requirements.
Create design and transfer to production documentation (DHF\DMR) following procedural development of medical products (Design Control).
Responsible for creating and maintaining RMF (Risk Management File).
Point of contact for R&D subcontractor’s activities: DR’s, Integration & Implementation in company products.Responsible for creating and maintaining RMF (Risk Management File).
System aspects design in products portfolio: top-level architecture, new technologies implementation, define performance goals and tests, serviceability, interfaces specs, design to assembly and cost, human factors design.
Responsible for product integration, reliability, qualification, environmental and safety tests in external LAB and in-house.
Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and drive outcoming system technical solutions to implementation through tests and data.
Technical Leadership across project scope and the various company functions and resources.
Support and cooperate with company departments (Regulatory, Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Marketing), being responsible for their early involvement during system design processes. Preparation of Risk Analysis and FMEA for system elements according to QMS.
Lead system process validation activities.
Availability to travel abroad and domestically.

Ownership & Maintain the R&D Verification & Validation infrastructure (SOP, Forms, SW tools, Jigs, Simulators). Maintain relevant chapters of DHF & DMR.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured V&V test protocols and reports, with the ability to maintain and cross-reference with Risk Analysis Matrix & Design Control documentation.
Define & Execute the Usability & Ergonomic Verification Test protocols

Develop, apply & maintain test methods, equipment, and instruments for medical devices throughout all product development and production stages to meet user needs & product requirements.

תחומי אחריות וסמכות עיקריים:
אחריות משנית על ניהול שוטף של המחסן, תוך כדי קיום יחסי אנוש טובים עם העובדים, בהיבט
התפעולי והניהולי.
אחריות משנית על קבלת מוצרים, סחורות ואחסונן וביצוע ליקוט ובקרה.
אחריות על ארגון וביצוע ספירות מלאי תקופתיות ומדגמיות והילום מלאי המחסן.
ריכוז נתונים וניתוח פעילות מחסן (דוחות מנהלים - תלונות לקוח, ליקוטים).
אחריות על הכנת מבצעי מכירות (בתיאום לדרישות מנהלי המוצרים).
מתן מענה, טיפול ומעקב אחר תלונות ותקלות (פנים וחוץ ארגוני) ותקינות אמצעי שינוע במחסן
טיפול בחריגים ומענה לבירורים
טיפול בפגי תוקף (הורדה ממלאי סחיר והשמדה)
אחריות לביצוע הדרכות של עובדי המחסן הכוללת: בטיחות וגיהות בעבודה ואחריות על רענון
תקופתי של נהלים
אחריות על סדר וניקיון המחסן

 ביצוע ליקוט, בקרה ואריזת מוצרים בהתאם להזמנה
 ביצוע אריזה מחדש
 ביצוע ספירות מלאי על פי דרישה
 סגירת תעודות משלוח
 ברקוד חבילות (הפצה)
 קבלה ופירוק דואר משלוחים והפצה למחלקות השונות (שירות לקוחות, החזרות, כספים)
 משלוח עדשות חול – הכנת משלוח, מיון, פירוק משלוח, סגירת תעודות
 מענה לשירות לקוחות
 העברת דיווחים של בעיות בטיחות תרופות ותלונות איכות לאדם האחראי על PV בחברה

• פיתוח מודולים מכניים ורב-תחומיים מהרעיון הראשוני ועד לשחרור כחלק ממחלקת המו"פ, תוך התייחסות לתקני מכשור רפואי.
• יצירת מפרט ודרישות עיצוב מערכת ומודול, תרגום צרכי המשתמש לדרישות טכניות.
• יצירת תיעוד עיצוב והעברה לייצור (DHF\DMR) בעקבות פיתוח פרוצדורלי של מוצרים רפואיים (Design Control)
• אחראי על יצירה ותחזוקה של RMF (קובץ ניהול סיכונים)
• נקודת קשר לפעילות קבלני מו"פ: DR's, אינטגרציה והטמעה במוצרי החברה
• אחראי על יצירה ותחזוקה של RMF (קובץ ניהול סיכונים)
• עיצוב היבטי מערכת בפורטפוליו המוצרים: ארכיטקטורה ברמה העליונה, הטמעת טכנולוגיות חדשות, הגדרת יעדי ביצועים ובדיקות, יכולת שירות, מפרטי ממשקים, עיצוב להרכבה ועלות, עיצוב גורמים אנושיים
• אחראי על שילוב מוצרים, אמינות, הסמכה, בדיקות סביבה ובטיחות במעבדה חיצונית ובבית
• לבצע RCA (ניתוח סיבות שורש) ולהניע פתרונות טכניים מתפתחים של מערכת להטמעה באמצעות בדיקות ונתונים
• מנהיגות טכנית על פני היקף הפרויקט ופונקציות ומשאבי החברה השונים
• לתמוך ולשתף פעולה עם מחלקות החברה (רגולציה, שירות, ייצור, הנדסה, איכות ושיווק), תוך אחריות למעורבותן המוקדמת במהלך תהליכי עיצוב המערכת. הכנת ניתוח סיכונים ו-FMEA לרכיבי מערכת לפי QMS
• הובלת פעילויות אימות תהליכי מערכת
• זמינות לנסיעות לחו"ל ופנים

Implement sales plan, and achieve sales goals and objectives set for various countries. Maintain and grow existing customers, prospects and gain new business.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sales growth by conducting physicians, nurses, and technologist training, account in-servicing, and procedure support.
• Educate customers on products, procedures, and industry trends through use of education programs and local hospital programs.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth profile of each account to include customer preferences, competitive products and field intelligence, market activity, important contact/decision makers, customer feedback, and attendees in-serviced. Planning effectively to maximize time in the field.
• Conduct strategic territory management and analysis.
• Develop key opinion leaders.
• Attend Local, Regional, and/or National Scientific Tradeshows and professional meetings to promote products and in-service customers.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and competitive offerings utilizing the technology tools that are available.
• Developing quotes and proposals for customers
• Monthly tracking of SO/POs
