V&V Engineer Novelrad is a growing start-up company, developing minimally invasive medical devices for cardiovascular applications. We are looking for a V&V Engineer to join our team. Job Description: As a V&V Engineer in Novelrad you will have a wide range of responsibilities including for R&D bench testing, pre-clinical testing (In-Vivo and Ex-vivo), quality control testing and quality control inspections. As part of your roll, you will be collaborating with cross functional team members from R&D, Operation, QA and RA. The main responsibilities within this role: Design, develop and execute R&D and Verification and Validation testing. Design, develop and execute pre-clinical (In-Vivo and Ex-vivo) studies. Responsible for writing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test protocols and reports. Analyze, interpret and present data collected during testing. Responsible for defining, improving and maintaining test equipment Support QA activities related to product development, manufacturing, and ongoing operational processes. Qualifications: B.Sc./BE in engineering, Biomedical/ Biotechnology/Chemistry or equivalent 2-5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry Requirements: Work effectively under pressure to meet quality and project deadlines. Strong technical skills with hands-on approach. Extensive experience with MS Office. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. High self-learning abilities. Team player, strong execution, communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and knowledge in statistical methods Hebrew - mother tongue; English - fluent.
