Having a vital role in Oximio’s Digital journey, we are looking for the tech-savy ERP Application specialist with good communications skills and sense of ownership.
As an Application Specialist you will get the opportunity to place your mark on the Oximio’s global ERP roll-out and continuous development of Oximio applications. You will grow both personally and professionally and be a key employee working with 3rd party application development team on analysis, configuration and support of end user systems.
Responsibilities
Implementation and documentation of new features/functions delivered by third parties
Release and change management including, technical and regression tests and documentation
Establish collaborative forums to drive continuous improvement in the use and deployment of core platforms
Service introduction and maintenance hereof for relevant features
Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements ensuring they support business KPIs and customer standards
Knowledge management targeted towards stakeholders such as End users or other support teams
Participation in business case workshops, PI Planning, End user training etc.
Providing second level support to key and/or end users
