3. Responsibilities
• Provides accounting, observing the uniform methodological foundations laid by the legislation of the region taking into account features of activity of the enterprise and technology of registration data processing
• Organizes the work of the accounting service, control over the reflection in accounting accounts of all business operations
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensures employees consistently apply of an order of registration and representation to accounting of primary documents, substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
• Treasury operations
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Draws up the financial statements (according to rules and norms of AS and IFRS) and representation at the scheduled time to users
• Preparation and representation of other types of statutory and tax reports according to the regulations
• Tax risk analysis and tax planning
• Complies with global (IFRS) and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Secures financial information by completing database backups
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls
• Participates in the tax and audit inspections
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Provides consultations on accounting and tax questions
• Transition accounting operations to own software
4. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance or equivalent
• CPA
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Knowledge of tax regulation, experience in tax and audit inspections
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal regulations
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Awareness of business trends
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
