לחברה בינ"ל העוסקת בפתרונות בניהול אנרגיה לתעשייה בתחום החשמל, דרוש/ה HR Specialist :About the Role As the company's HR Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employees and contributing to the company's mission through comprehensive HR operations. :Key Responsibilities Lead the complete employee lifecycle management, handling both pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members Manage and respond to employee inquiries through the HR ticketing system, providing timely and effective support Support monthly payroll operations through preliminary activities including data entry and verification processes Implement and manage two HR management systems, serving as the primary subject matter expert (including system upgrades, new functionalities, and knowledge transfer to department managers) Collaborate on HR digital tools implementation projects both locally and regionally, working with global stakeholders and vendors Adapt to additional HR responsibilities based on internal priorities and team restructuring needs
