Global Product Manager- RAPID MEDICAL

Join us as a product marketing leader, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing to support the organization’s growth by partnering with R&D to create novel products and establish a robust portfolio with a competitive advantage. In this role, we seek a self-starter who is passionate about working in the high-tech and fast-growing world of neurovascular. The candidate should be able to think creatively as well as clinically, bringing new ideas and approaches to the global marketing and product team. The candidate should also be able to manage deliverables remotely. Scope: • Responsible for knowing the customer inside and out, with a passion for the clinical needs of our customers. Translates in-depth customer knowledge to strategic product marketing and portfolio management. Key focus areas within this role are as follows: o Market & competitive intelligence o Portfolio management o Product development & Usability o Customer insight generation Responsibilities: • Conduct market and field research to identify relevant unmet clinical and customer needs. • Gather feedback on the current portfolio of products – complaints, usability, etc. • Perform market landscape assessments to support business planning and opportunity assessments. • Generate marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Generate marketing/product requirements for the new portfolio products and lead validation of the requirements. • Prepare and execute new product launches with a strategic vision and alignment with organizational objectives. • Generate marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables associated with new product launches. • Manage and support the development of internal and external product training materials. • Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with R&D, QA & RA, Clinical, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to optimize projects' objectives. • Understand and track the competitive landscape to inform business planning • Participate in the planning and execution of R&D activities to ensure the fulfillment of the product’s vision. • Lead bench testing efforts to support product development, regulatory, and marketing claims.
