R&D Project Manager- RAPID MEDICAL

Rapid Medical, located in Yokneam, is a fast-growing medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative devices for endovascular interventional procedures. SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop new medical devices as well as improve existing designs. • Managing the product development process during the R&D phase. • Creating and managing project schedules, plans, and budgets. • Recruiting and managing subcontractors as needed, managing an internal engineering team in a matrix organization. • Ensuring compliance with DHF and DMR requirements. • Responsible for verification and validation of medical device performance. • Providing R&D support to the clinical studies and regulatory submission phases. • Developing and managing risk mitigation strategies for the project. • Coordinating product development activities across different departments, including R&D, RA, QA, and more, as required.
