Quality Control Associate

Rapid Medical is a fast-growing medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative devices for endovascular interventional procedures. We are looking for a talented and motivated QC Associate to support the development, manufacturing, and organizational processes. LOCATION: Yokneam, Israel SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform incoming inspections on raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and specifications. • Perform in process and final product release to ensure that finished products meet all quality requirements before release for distribution. • Conduct microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Document and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and deviations. • Assist in the investigation of non-conformances, deviations, and quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement. • Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and assistance as needed.
