04/12/2023About the role: The role of a Post-Sales Engineer is to act as a trusted adviser to our customers and as the primary point of contact post-sales for technical implementation, ensuring smooth and fast implementation and integration of the product into their existing systems and workflows. The role involves configuring software, setting up hardware, and ensuring compatibility with other tools. Main Responsibilities & Activities: ● Oversee end-to-end integration of our solution at customer facilities, whether on-site, remotely, or by guiding customers through the integration process ● Ensure a seamless and efficient integration, covering aspects like network setup, machine connectivity and control, and interfacing with third-party systems such as ERP and MRP ● Collaborate in technical pre-sales activities to assess integration requirements for successful and timely implementation ● Work closely with the Technical Project Manager to execute integration tasks ● Become a technical authority on our platform and build trust-based relationships with customers understanding their technical needs, including networking and third-party system interfaces and integration ● Manage handovers to customer success and support teams, ensuring a smooth transition ● Partner with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer engagement and deliver long-term value as customers progress in their journey with our company ● Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up on resolutions ● Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials, to support customers in effectively using our product ● Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies to offer top-notch support to customers ● Travel to customer sites in Israel and abroad as required
Requirements: ● General areas of proven experience: Network and connectivity ; Network topology ; WIFI deployments ; VLANS ; Routing ● Network security: IT/OT segmentation and provisioning ● Machine connectivity: Working with industrial protocols ● IIOT integration experience (an advantage) ● 3rd party systems integration and interface: MRP/ERP functionality and understanding. Data structure and interfaces. API's and web services. ● Security: Azure AD integration ● 3+ years in roles similar to: Customer Success Engineering, Post Sales Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management ● 1+ years of experience in Cloud technologies ● Proven experience with implementing software/SaaS platforms ● Fast learner, natural curiosity, love of technology, detail-oriented ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills ● Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to ensuring customer success ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams ● Great ambitious, self-driven, and driving execution attitude ● Proficiency in English – native level preferred (advantage for multiple languages) ● Willing to travel to visit prospects and customers, and to engage in onsite customer work when required (across Israel and abroad) ● Graduated in relevant fields (Computer Science/ Control & automation)
