Rapid Medical, located in Yokneam, is a fast-growing medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative devices for endovascular interventional procedures.
If you have a strong background in leading technical projects, involving multidisciplinary fields (mechanics, HW, SW) in the medical device industry and looking for a challenging position, we’d like to meet you.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading an innovative digital project to ensure the development of a multidisciplinary medical device.
• Creating and managing project schedules, plans, and budgets.
• Managing the product development process during the R&D phase.
• Recruiting and managing subcontractors as needed, managing an internal engineering team in a matrix organization.
• Ensuring compliance with DHF and DMR requirements.
• Responsible for Verification and validation of full system performance.
• Providing R&D support to the clinical studies and regulatory submission phases.
• Developing and managing risk mitigation strategies for the project.
• Coordinating product development activities across different departments, including R&D, RA, QA, and more, as required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Multidisciplinary (mechanics, HW, SW) Medical device experience.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, as well as the ability to independently function in technical and supervisory capacities.
• Adaptive and resilient to a dynamic and changing environment in a fast-growing company.
• Able to manage time and priorities.
• Hands-on approach.
• Organized and methodical.
