Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
 Secure the company’s delivery plan by managing the supply chain of the key suppliers, including contract manufacturing, Turn-Key assemblies and technologies.
 Responsible for agreements with suppliers – negotiate proposals, prices and specifications, ensure performance and delivery on time.
 Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry of electronics components, pcb manufacturing and assembly.
 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
 Inventory management
 Establish processes designed to optimize and improve work and measure KPI for
purchasing
 Budget planning and control
 Manage the operations team and collaborate with other teams at the company.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

 5+ Years of experience in similar positions in a global high tech/industrial companies
 BA/MBA
 Managerial experience - must
 Previous experience in Electronics components & suppliers sourcing.
 In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation of terms.
 Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and ability to “read” the market.
 Knowledge in Priority ERP system – an advantage.
 Excellent English.
 Independent, Fast ; self-learner, team player, multi-tasking, well organized.
 Excellent communication, leadership and customer facing capabilities.
 Creative thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
