Technical Manager

The Technical Manager position is to manage the development of a multidisciplinary (Mech, HW, SW) medical device.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, track, and meet project schedules, plans, and budgets
• Manage the product development during the R&D phase
o Recruit and manage subcontractors as needed
o Manage an internal engineering team (matrix organization)
o Responsibility for the product’s DHF, DMR
• Provide R&D support to the clinical studies and regulatory submission phases
• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for the project
• Coordinate product development activities of R&D, RA, QA, and more, as required
• Responsibility for meeting all relevant quality and regulatory requirements
